Delivery and payment

Due to the workshop’s relocation to Serbia, all deliveries are handled by the postal services (Serbian Post for shipments to the Russian border and Russian Post within the territory of Russia). The average delivery time ranges from 8 to 15 days from the date of shipment. Delivery is free for orders totaling € 40 or more. For all other cases, the delivery cost is € 10.

If you prefer to use a different delivery service, please specify it in the order comments. In such cases, the delivery cost will be individually calculated based on the rates of the chosen postal service.

Delivery to Russia

Delivery within Serbia is handled by the postal service. The average delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 days from the date of shipment. Delivery within Serbia is free for orders totaling € 40 or more. For all other cases, the delivery cost is € 10.

International Delivery

International delivery is available through the postal service (International Shipping). The delivery time depends on the destination location and usually ranges from 10 to 20 days. The delivery time also depends on the efficiency of your national postal operator and customs services.

You can make payment for your order using the following methods:

• PayPal
• Transfer to Tinkoff card (for Russia)
• Transfer to Sberbank card (for Russia)

All the products showcased on my workshop's website are made and shipped to customers after receiving full payment in the order they were received.

After placing an order on the website, I will contact you to confirm all the necessary details and provide you with a payment link.

Items listed under "In Stock and Ready for Shipping" are dispatched within 2-3 days after payment is made.
